Refund policy

 

At Bleora, we want you to love every piece you receive. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’ve outlined our refund and return policy clearly to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

30-Day Standard Return Policy 

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To begin the return process, email us at info@bleoraco.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Important Notice on Promotional Orders

Orders placed with special promotions (e.g., Buy One Get One Free, bundle discounts, etc.) fall under different return terms.

  • These orders are non-returnable and only eligible for partial refunds

  • In most cases, we offer a 30%–50% refund, depending on the promotion

This policy ensures fairness for all customers while protecting promotional pricing from abuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Perishable or customized goods

Exchanges

If you need a different size:

  • We’re happy to send you the correct size when available

  • In most cases, you do not need to return the original item

Just email us at info@bleoraco.com to request an exchange.

Please note: Once an order has been exchanged for a different size or color, it becomes final and is no longer eligible for a refund. This is because the original purchase has already been replaced and fulfilled based on the customer's request. We recommend reviewing your size and fit preferences carefully before requesting an exchange.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled

Once shipped, orders must be received before any refund can be processed.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@bleoraco.com if:

  • An item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Something is missing from your order

We will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible—either with a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are:

  • Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@bleoraco.com

Chargeback Notice

We are here to help and always aim to resolve any concerns fairly and quickly.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as this can delay or impact your refund eligibility.
